All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

The above prices cover only the services listed.

Prices do not include any remedial repair work that may be required following leak detection, CCTV inspections, or drain unblocking.

Should faults such as damaged pipework, root intrusion, collapsed drains, or any other defects be identified, a separate quotation will be issued.

All approved remedial repair work is payable in full prior to the commencement of repair work, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sewer Rats.

Prices do not include additional work required to gain access to or complete the service, including (but not limited to) excavation, reinstatement, plumbing alterations, civil works, or other unforeseen work.

Any additional work will only be undertaken once the client has approved the quotation.

Travel fees apply as specified above.

After-hours, weekend, and public holiday labour is charged at 50% above the standard labour rate.
